25th Swiss Global Change Day: Registration

If you wish to cancel your registration, please contact us: proclim@scnat.ch. If you cancel by 6 April 2025, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 6 April 2025, no refund will be issued.

After submitting your registration, a payment window will open.

Payment options:

  • Credit / Debit Card
  • Post Finance: Card, E-Finance or Pay
  • TWINT

However, payment by invoice or other payment options are not possible with this payment system. Thank you for your understanding.

Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail after the payment process.

If an error occurs during payment, your registration has not been completed.
Try to register again – if necessary with another payment option. If that does not work either, contact SCNAT support: support@scnat.ch.


Specific agreements with the University of Bern

  • MSc and PhD students of the Graduate School at the Oeschger Centre for Climate Change Research (OCCR) (upon agreement)
  • Members of the Institute for Climate and Environmental Physics (CEP)

These people can register with a registration code. The fee is then paid by the corresponding institute. Allocating the code is the responsibility of the corresponding institutes. Please contact your institute to receive the registration code.

There are two ways to participate in the poster session:

1. Participate in the poster contest

  • Register for the 25th Swiss Global Change Day
  • After registration, you will receive a separate email with instructions on how to submit your poster.
  • Submission Details:
    • Deadline: 27 March 2025, 12:30 noon
    • Format: PDF file, max. 10 MB
    • Late submissions will not be considered.
  • The submitted posters will be reviewed by an expert jury and the winner of the poster contest will be announced on the day of the event.

2. Present your poster without entering the contest

  • No prior PDF submission required. Simply bring your printed poster with you on the day of the event.
