If you wish to cancel your registration, please contact us: proclim@scnat.ch. If you cancel by 7 April 2024, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 7 April 2024, no refund will be issued.

After submitting your registration, a payment window will open.

Payment options:

  • Credit / Debit Card
  • Post Finance: Card, E-Finance or Pay
  • TWINT

However, payment by invoice or other payment options are not possible with this payment system. Thank you for your understanding.

Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail after the payment process.

If an error occurs during payment, your registration has not been completed.
Try to register again – if necessary with another payment option. If that does not work either, contact SCNAT support: support@scnat.ch.


Specific agreements with the University of Bern

  • MSc and PhD students of the Graduate School at the Oeschger Centre for Climate Change Research (OCCR) (upon agreement)
  • Members of the Institute for Climate and Environmental Physics (CEP)

These people can register with a registration code. The fee is then paid by the corresponding institute. Allocating the code is the responsibility of the corresponding institutes. Please contact your institute to receive the registration code.

If you would like to enter the poster contest, please register for the event first and in good time.

As soon as you have registered, you will receive a separate e-mail with further instructions on how to submit your poster. Deadline for submitting your poster is
2 April 2024, 12:30 noon. No timely submission, no contest.

The submitted poster (pdf file, max. 10 MB) will be used by the jury to evaluate it in advance and to determine the winner of the poster award.
The timely and correct submission is the sole responsibility of the poster contest participants.

You have the possibility to present your poster without entering the contest (no pdf submission required then).

Please bring your printed poster with you on the day of the event.
