IPPC: Call for experts to review the First Order Draft of Working Group I contribution to the Seventh Assessment Report
The First Order Draft (FOD) of the Working Group I contribution to the IPCC Seventh Assessment Report (AR7) will soon be open for review. The expert review of the First Order Draft will take place from 10 August to 2 October 2026 midnight (GMT+2).

When reviewing, please note:
- Review comments should focus on substantive issues and must be provided in English, using the Excel comments sheet provided by the review system. Comments on typographical and other copy editing issues are not requested.
- Constructive contributions are sought, for example suggestions on:
- the structure, comprehensiveness and balance of the assessment;
- overlaps, inconsistencies, gaps in the assessment, for example across different chapters or in relation to other IPCC reports;
- proposed revisions, providing specific text where possible with supporting evidence from the literature;
- relevant additional papers, providing full citations;
- shortening the text without loss of relevant information;
- improving the presentation of material graphically or through tables.
